Privacy Policy

What we collect — and why.

Everluxe collects only the data needed to operate our website, evaluate pilot applicants, deliver the EVERCORE AI demo, and run our internal competitor monitoring ("Signal").

Specifically, when you submit a form on this site we collect:

• Pilot program applications (name, email, company, fleet size, location) via /api/waitlist
• Investor inquiries via /api/investors
• EVERCORE AI demo follow-up requests via /api/demo-leads

We also automatically collect standard server logs (request path, timestamp, response status) and an anonymized visitor identifier in your browser's local storage (polsia_vid) for aggregate traffic analytics.

We do not collect payment card numbers on this site. Pilot billing is handled off-line under a separate Master Services Agreement.

What we do with it.

• Respond to your pilot program, investor, or demo inquiry
• Brief our team on your fleet fit, geography, and timeline so we can route you to the right pilot slot
• Send requested follow-ups about the EVERCORE AI demo and pilot program
• Monitor site reliability, detect abuse, and improve copy on the marketing pages
• Operate our internal Signal competitor-monitoring pipeline, which fetches publicly available web pages for change detection

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertising networks.

A small footprint.

This site uses exactly one analytics system: the Polsia Analytics beacon. It assigns an anonymous, randomly generated identifier (polsia_vid) to first-time visitors and stores that identifier in your browser's localStorage. The beacon records aggregate pageview counts — no third-party advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting.

If you'd like to reset the identifier, you can clear site data for everluxe.polsia.app in your browser at any time.

Who we work with to run this site.

• Polsia — application hosting, cron scheduling, object storage, and the analytics beacon above. Polsia's privacy practices cover traffic to and from this site.
• Google Fonts — we load the Inter typeface from the Google Fonts CDN so the page renders consistently across devices. Google may log a request to its CDN, which is governed by Google's own privacy policy.
• Postgres / Neon — our database, hosted on Neon. Application data (waitlist rows, investor inquiries, demo leads, Signal competitor snapshots) lives here. Access is scoped to the application and our internal team.
• OpenAI — used internally by our Signal scraper to summarize detected competitor changes when generating the daily briefing email. No personal data from this site is sent to OpenAI.

We evaluate each provider for security and data-handling practices before integrating them.

How long we hold your data.

This site is served over TLS. Database access is scoped to the application role; raw SQL credentials are not exposed to user requests. Application secrets live in the platform's vault and are never written into source.

Form submission data (waitlist, investor inquiries, demo leads) is retained for the duration of our active pilot program and is purged after the program closes unless a longer business relationship begins. Aggregate, non-identifying analytics may be retained indefinitely.

If a security issue is discovered and your data is involved, we will notify affected contacts at the email address they provided.
