Everluxe opens its EVERWASH-1 dual-bot pilot program to U.S. dealership groups, rental fleets, and commercial operators. Revenue-share pricing, early bird slots, and a 6-month deployment window.
Today we are opening the EVERWASH-1 pilot program to U.S. fleet operators. EVERWASH-1 is an autonomous, waterless, dual-bot car wash system that inspects, washes, and details a vehicle end-to-end — no on-site labor, no potable water draw, no fixed-infrastructure build-out. Each site is a portable, parking-lot-deployable pair of robots: EVERWASH-X for exterior cleaning and EVERWASH-I for interior detail, both powered by our proprietary EVERCORE AI computer vision and path-planning platform.
The wash cycle itself is two-phase. EVERWASH-X dispenses a nanodroplet mist — about ~0.1 gallons per wash, versus the ~60–80 gallons a tunnel wash pulls from the municipal supply — and follows up with a precision microfiber wipe pass that lifts residue without abrasion. An end-to-end detail cycle runs in roughly ~3 minutes for a quick wash, and ~4–8 minutes for a full exterior-plus-interior pass. The full dual-bot unit draws 300–440 W — about a quarter of what a single wash arm in a tunnel wash consumes per cycle — and runs continuously, day or night, with no shift coverage required.
Who the pilot is for
This round of pilot slots is built for operators who already run volume. We are accepting applications from U.S. dealership groups with attached service operations, rental fleets in the Hertz / Enterprise / Sixt tier, and commercial fleet operators — logistics, last-mile delivery, corporate car pools — whose vehicles need a consistent, premium wash turn after turn. The pilot terms — base bundle plus per-wash revenue share, with operators keeping the wash revenue — are designed for businesses where wash operations are a recurring cost center or an under-monetized line item, and where getting it off the labor-and-water treadmill would be immediately accretive.
